Just a quick question - is it really greedy to eat 4 chocolate eclair buns at a time? personally I don't think so - but I do feel a bit sick. Don't tell my Mum.
It would have been 5 - but alas - there were only 4 in the box!!!! Chocolate eclairs aren't that bad - because that choux pastry is full of air and the cream is all whipped up - again full of air, so there's only the chocolate strip to worry about - and that's really really thin!!!! I have to say they were delicious!!!!
